There's a Samsung outlet at the Mall that sells Galaxy S3 @ QR2,500.
It is for sale in Carrefour at the Landmark Mall. 2,500 riyals.
Also for sale at the Samsung shop next to MegaMart, near the Ramada Hotel.
Only colour available at both locations is white. Apparently there were production issues with the blue colours but that has been rectified. Don't expect the blue ones to be available for a week or so though.
