a bout 6 years ago i spent some time in Doha, and i can not remember the type of meat that was in the Siapoa at the filipino souks. if anyone knows please fill me in i have been am revisiting my visit to Doha via food and would like to make some.

It's purely chicken here in Doha! Enjoy the Siopao more at the Thai Canteen in Frig Nasser. Cheap but delicious!
