Branded - MNG but other suggestions, I'll leave it to the experts to advise you.
The value for money jacket - Gulf Leather is one shop you could try. I got a nice, reasonably long one (which is great against the chilly winds) for less than QR200 - but bought it a few months back during summer so it was cheaper then. Now, I think it's above QR200 but not that much more. I think you can bargain a bit too.
Leather Gloves, I had a problem finding any here, so I bought a pair from elsewhere.
