Where can I eat Goto and Arrozcaldo?

Better cook it yourself at home. Tried Arrozcaldo in some resto here- Amwaj in Najma in particular. Bad! Here's how it looked and tasted when it was served: Rice was cooked first then it was dumped into this watery bowl. The chicken? A whole leg part. The taste? Not a hint of arrozcaldo in it! A street corner arrozcaldo back home tastes much better! Same with Goto. Tried it at Hot Pack in Madinat Khalifa. They call it Goto Batangas. Taste? So so..
