I have been 4 - 5 shops but unable to get shirts of bigger size.
Can somebody please tell me where i could shirts of bigger size probably 5 XL or 6 XL.
I don't think you will find them here (I am 4x-5x). If you have any shirts that fit, it's easy and reltively cheap to get more of them made here. Just go to one of the tailors in the Souk and ask. You can either buy the fabric seperatly or buy it from the tailor.

My husband is 2XL and can't find shirts. It's easier just to get a tailor and have them made.
