Mowasalat Transport Company management envisioned Karwa Driving School (KDS) to be the national leader in providing high quality driving training applying the international standards.

KDS was the first driver training center to be ISO 9001:2008 certified in Qatar. Our mission is to provide world class competency based driver training to the transport industry through advanced, innovative, flexible, cost effective and convenient training environment.

KDS is one of the business units of Mowasalat Transport Company. It was established in 2006 while the entire nation is preparing for the hosting of 15th Doha Asian Games - the first Arab country to host the biggest sporting event in the continent.

Mowasalat, being the official transport provider of Doha Asian Games sent more than three thousand drivers to KDS to attend advanced driver training. While training thousands of drivers to be deployed during the event, KDS started accepting learners applying for Qatar driving license.

After eight years in operations, KDS transformed into a dynamic, world class driver training center offering more than a dozen of driver training courses ranging from learner up to more complex course in heavy equipment training.
