Hello. i can't tell you exactly a plant or organisation that offers haccp TRAINING.but as a food safety expert and and having a deep knowledge of HACCP systeme, i can tel you that HACCP is a simple system that proposes the controls and surveils of the manufacturing process. it's defined as Hazard analysis crital control point. it determines what are called CCP, this are reffered to point at the manufacturing process where when a hazard get in to the food ,it's goin to be found in the final product, in otherwords it's a crital step for the safety of the food manufactured in a given plant.
