I am a mother of a 4yr old boy and currently on the look-out for a school for him. we've checked out some nurseries/kindergartens but only about 1-2 we found who can accommodate him. i recently read about English Modern School & Middle East Int'l School and got interested. just wanna hear from those who have child/ren there how are those schools actually. thank u for any info you can share with me.

Hi,

MIS is great, good standards and most of the teachers are friendly. You should check it out immediately, there are alot of new students enrolling this year.

Good Luck.

thank u luisa! i'll check out MIS maybe tomorrow. do you think they still have vacant slots for KG or reception? it's my son's 1st time in school hopefully, so i'm not sure whether they'd accept him for KG or reception. thanks anyways for your input.

In fact, my daughter still doesnt start with neither of the two schools but I had already visited them and observed. If nationality wise, if you are a Filipino like what is mentioned in your profile - I do suggest you bring him to MIS-- The facilities may not be new but I like the gestures of the Nursery teacher. She jammed with my daughter and that facinates me.

About EMS, the school's facility are good but I THINK arabs are more preferred there. And fees are quite high than MIS.

At the end, I do register my daughter at MIS.

One Love!
