Dear Friends,

Can anyone guide or send me a copy of the articles that is required for preparation of contracts, agreemenets and tenders from Qatar Law. I need a english translated copy.

Also can anyone guide me the contract managment best practices(procedures for contract administration and management) in Qatar.

Lucky - he never said he's looking for documents specific to construction :o)

he said that this was to do with tenders... you can tender for provision of services (i.e. in IT), projects etc.
