We too went thro this dilemma before putting our son in DPS.I vote for DPS. Though the fees is a bit high comparitively, children are nurtured with confidence, good manners. Teaching is good and more practical oriented. Other activities like story telling, crafts, etc...boost the confidence of the kids and they enjoy school. Distance also matters. If you reside nearby E ring road, then its fine.
I recommend you to visit the schools, see what kind of activities kids do. Also it is important to talk to the principal/head mistress of junior school.
One other important factor is the distance of school from your house. Needless to say little children gets too much exhausted if they have to commute long distances in hot weather (although buses are a/c) and traffic.
Finally I think for KG class the school name wont matter much.

DPS's fee structures r bit high..But i think its best..I will send my daughter to DPS..
