one of my friend is fail in Fsc 12... He was heared tht without completing his 12th he can also study in Cna-q ? HE heard as the age of 21 any one can get education there....

All Universities & Colleges Worldwide look for people who achieve.....CNA-Q has high quality standards and I don't think they would accept your friend since he has failed to clear Class 12.

Do not loose heart. What your friend could do is to get coaching from the same school and repeat the year. Pass out the next year. Does it make sense?
