Please recommend good lending libraries (English) in Qatar that have a good selection of books.

They were lending books earlier and they might have changed their rules due to some technical reasons.

I went to the British Council Library yesterday. They told me that they do not lend books anymore. I can read there but not take them out!

I've been told that the British Council in Al Sadd has a library. Membership is QR 200 per year.
