Is a license is needed to open a private tution center in Qatar?

We, a group of highly qualified females(from Research & Teaching sectors) are planning to open up a private tution center for students of all the grades(both international & CBSE sylabus).We hereby would like to hear from the valuable Qatar Living Members, whether a authorised license is needed to open it up or not?. But you could always start a center at home, without putting up a board. I think it is the norm..
If any one is willing to come for two hours everyday to my house my home would be open for you..My daughter needs someone academically oriented to motivate her :-)
Yes, you will need a license from the Ministry of Education. You will also need to set up a company and have a suitably licensed premises matching all the ministry requirements. Contact the MoE to get all the specific details.
