Is Masters in Education is a must for Teachers?

Is Masters in Education will have a big impact for Teachers, specifically for those who are teaching in Doha, Qatar, in their future career?

I dont think that most of the teachers here have MA in Education. Of course, its a must for teachers who will pursue their career in higher teaching like in university or college. It is one of the major requirements to have. But i guess those peeps teaching in pre-schools and secondary dont have post-grad studies.
DO U THINK higher education will have a negative impact in your life & career. I don't think so. Individual must never stop from gaining more and more knowledge coz KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

So get more higher education and get full benefit from it in your life & career too
It is not a MUST, but most teachers here have a master degree in their field, also, many developing courses are held during teaching, education in Qatar is developed very fast in the last 5 years.
