nursing licensure exam

I am just new here in Qatar and I am working as a receptionist, I want to pursue my dream as a Nurse to have better future and at the same time earn money to help my family. Where can I take the Nursing Licensure Exam here in Qatar? What are the requirements for me who did not passed the board exam in the Philippines?

you have to be licensed to practice in your home country and have at least 3 yrs experience to get a qatar nursing license
