I will be coming to Qatar in April and my family hopes to join me atleast in May 2013 on visit visa.

Can my children get admission in Birla Public school or other Indian schools if they are on visit visa or do they compulsorily have to get RP o their passports before admission?

I plan to apply for their family visa as soon as I get a six months bank statement by October 2013.Will the school accept their admission in May 2013?

Without the RP you cannot get your ward admitted to any Indian school . You can speak with them they will take the interview and verbally provide admission post a written test . They will not allow your kid to attend school for sure . Admission also depends on seat availability .

Difficult due to strict SEC rules. If the rules change, then one needn't worry.
