i'm sure the education here is good, because all of them aspire for a higher position.LOL

There are more females than males registering at universities. The reason is that males are happy with a Land Cruiser. No need to have a degree for that, it only requires 185.000 QR. And if you work with the police you can get a credit easily. In general, Qatar was the second worst country in the PISA study in 2009!
