Which School is BEST for a 3-year old expat toddler to pick up spoken ARABIC and English

I want my 3-year old (actually just 2.9 years old) kid to pick up Arabic and English as this is the age he is picking up languages.

So far he is automatically learning Urdu at home, I want him to also pick up these 2 more languages (Arabic and English) in a natural way, this being the best age for him to do so. So whats the best school for kindergarten for him???

I have already registered him at a school but have got a few days to go to pay up the whole annual fee; will withdraw if there is a better option.
