How many days it takes to deliver my order?
It takes 2 working days to deliver your order within Qatar and 1 to 25 working days to deliver international orders. 

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to all over the world.

What would be the import or Custom duty? Who bares it if any?
Any custom or import duties are being charged when shipment reaches to destination country. These charges would be borne by customer additionally on receipt of the shipment. Unfortunately we have no control on this as each and every country has its own custom and import regulations. It’s recommended to get in touch with your local custom office to know the accurate custom duty of your order.

How are items packed?
We pack each and every item very carefully so it reaches to you on time and in well condition.

What if product is damaged?
We have 100% quality check done before shipping any product. In case product is damaged in transits, we offer free replacement.

What if product lost in transits?
We will offer new product in case of lost in transits and in case product in not in stock, we will issue refund for the same.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it’s not shipped and amount will be refunded. We cannot cancel any order if it’s shipped and given to courier.

Will product be the same as shown in picture?
Yes it would be same as shown in the picture; however colors may vary slightly due to photographic lights and effects. Design and patterns will be 100% same as shown in picture.
