6K traffic penalties - saklolo!

i checked for my car's traffic violation as i should have to renew its registration end of this week.

i almost collapse when the traffic penalty of QAR6000.00 window popped up fronting me. i rechecked many times thinking am just entered the mistake vehicle number. But it was clearly my vehicle. I am quivering knowing upon it, as i am 100% confident i am not in the road during the violation time as posted. i am very sure i was in duty at time it happened and my car was in the parking.

Traffic Violation: ------ blank, not stated
Time : ------------------ 11:19AM
FINE : ------------------- QAR6,000.00

can anyone please advise helping me how to remedy this problem.

i don't have yet record of any violations of any offense in my entire driving in Qatar except this. hindi na po ako ngayon makakatulog ng mahimbing nag-aalala - as i couldn't afford such losses of QAR6000 fines.

is there any ways to appeal for this violation? saan ako pupunta? may alam or kilala po ba kayong pwedeng makipagsangguni sa problemang ito? please advise naman po kabayan. akoy nagpapasalamat ng lubos sa anumang tulong inyong maibahagi.
