A frend of mine is asking for your view:

The Person came to Qatar in Visit Visa 4 years ago and was able to get an RP in a company, The person did transfer to diferent work for 3 times and the RP were also transfered accordingly to its current employment.

Now, the company dont like that person to work anylonger and the employer says they will cancel and send back to home country.

Does the present company has the right to CANCEL the RP send back the person to its home country even if the company did not bring the person her (in the first place)?
