Situation:

Husband already here in Qatar, wife still in the Philippines. Husband’s want to bring wife here, only reason hindering why the wife can’t come here is the discrepancy of her BIRTHDATE from their MARRIAGE CONTRACT.

DFA refuses to authenticate the contract due to the discrepancy.

What is the fastest way to correct this discrepancy?
