Galing ako nuong Tuesday sa OWWA para kumuha ng OEC...and yes, need mo munang magpa-member ng pag-ibig bago i-issue ang OEC mo. Ang kung expired na ang OWWA membership mo, they are not obliging you to renew dito sa Qatar...it's up to you kung dito o sa pinas.

Take note, WALANG BAYAD magpa-member ng Pag-ibig...fill up ka lang ng form, then sabi nung mabait na clerk, ite-text na lang daw ang pag-ibig no. mo pag lumabas na. Then aabutan ka ng papel kung saan ka pwedeng mag-remit ng hulog mo sa pag-ibig.

At araw araw na po pwedeng kumuha ng OEC... until 4pm...at napansin ko pa...hangga't may tao kahit past 4pm na, nagta-transact pa rin sila...

Then lahat ng inquiries ko ay nasagot ng maayos ng welfare officer tungkol sa OWWA ID, Philhealth at E-CARD...

Oo me kabagalan, pero tolerable naman...patience lang naman katapat nun e...
