me and group of my friends are planning to invite filipino entertainers from our country....my questions are:

-do i need a company/qatari to represent us with this intent?
-do i need permit/license to do such, which ministry should i contact? and what are the paper works?
-is there anyone here i could contact and seek proper advise with?

Please advise me on what to do, as we are planning to have this event by March next year...thanks a lot mga kabayans.
