Note: If you want to be member of Pag-Ibig Overseas Program (POP), you can apply personally at the Pag-Ibig office. As POP member you can avail housing loan up to P2M after paying 24 months contribution plus other benefits. What I like about Pag-Ibig is that you can withdraw all your contribution plus earnings after 5 years if you do not have an existing loan. The contribution may be paid through Pag-Ibig Office or through designated remittance centers. Office hours: 8 am to 4 pm.
