question on working under husband sponsorship
Hello po :) Sorry long time no post...
Gusto ko lang po sana itanong kung nasa Qatar Labor Law na kung under ka ng husband sponsorship and you are working for a company, that company is not liable to provide you accommodation, transportation, annual ticket and health insurance. Parang purely salary lang makukuha mo, sick and vacation leave. And its your husband, as your sponsor who should provide all those things for you.
Actually di naman po ito para sa akin, but we have some staff na kailangan ko paliwanagan nito. I've asked my boss about it but it seems like its just a way to push them to resign. Kung nasa law naman I really have no choice to tell them, but I really hate to be the bearer of bad news.
