My Gym Qatar is a local company established in 2010 specialized in the sports and fitness fields. Located in New Salata, near Indonesian Embassy, My Gym Qatar has two gym facilities:

- My Gym (Children's fitness Center)
- Contours Express (The Better idea in Women's Gyms).
- My Gym (Children's fitness Center): is an American franchise gym program. My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children 6 weeks through 12 years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.


In addition, we also offer extra classes: Ballet, Karate - do,bootcamp,gymnastic, kick boxing, Zumba for kids... and our amazing birthdays parties for kids. We are the perfect place where kids have fun while they do exercise. Contours Express (The Better idea in Women's Gyms).: American franchise gym designed exclusively for women, regardless of age and background. Machines used are designed and sized especially for women, using REAL weights for REAL results. Our program includes unique and special classes performed by highly competitive professional trainers.
