ADLSA PROBLEM. Pending Application when I did not do anything

good day.

I have applied for job transfer to another company. howevver, when my new employer tried to apply me for sponsor change (the one that asks for OTP), it says I have pending application, but I have never tried applying before and definitely did not speak with other company that would process that. because of the unknown pending application, I was not able to proceed. what can I do?

Go to ADLSA office in person, bring a letter to request cancellation on the application that was submitted before and they will cancel it. Then you can reapply.
