Employer refuse to Cancel my RP Visa
hello friends
Recently, I submitted my resignation and fulfilled the required notice period as per company policy. Moreover, at the company's request, I extended my service for an additional two weeks and followed all the necessary procedures diligently. my deep concerns and distress over the delay in the cancellation of my visa
In our previous communication with employer, it was indicated that the visa cancellation would occur after six months from my last working day, citing concerns about contract violations by some employees.
I have followed all the necessary procedures and guidelines during my tenure, and I have not deviated from the company's policies. I have always been committed to upholding the values and integrity
I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights as an employee is there any other resolution to this matter without resorting to legal measures.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yes, there is. First, you lodge a complaint with the National Human Rights Committee. You will need to go to their office personally with your QID. Once the case is lodged, they will contact your employer and try to sort out the matter. Should the matter remains unresolved, you may get advised to go to the Labour Office. Once you file a case with them, the Labour Court will decide the matter usually within two working days. Try avoiding the case reaching the Sharia Court as it takes some months before the Court can give its verdict.
