Expat getting a divorce

Good Morning

Not many have talked about how it is to get a divorce.

I am a non Qatari women with a daughter who is looking to get a divorce.. submitting the forms and the fees was an ok process but i need to know if i can just leave myhusbands home and live in another home with my child as the first hearing is like a month away and my husband is making my life hell. (please note im under my husband sponsor)
