How to file a complaint to the police
Good Evening Dears,
A person cheats to repay my 15,000 QAR and he promises to get my wife's RP approval in September 2021. Two months later, he said he could not finish the job and would return the money. But he has not returned the money since November 10, 2021. He sent his bank details and asked to transfer the money to his QIB account within the specified time. Unfortunately I was not able to change the online transaction. This is because I do not have a QIB account and I do not have a receipt for payment.

I borrowed money from my friends and I am unable to repay, is there anyone to help me in this matter.
Note:- My salary was 13 thousand when I started the RP process and I have all the documents to comply with the process. Unfortunately, the MOI has set a minimum requirement of RP approval for a salary of 15k and above.

Your line in your post "Unfortunately...receipt for payment" is very confusing. So what if you ddn't have a QIB account? You could have still deposited the money into his bank account at any QIB branch cash counter. Secondly, if you don't have a receipt for payment, who is going to believe your story. You cannot take any action without supporting documents.
