Jascon Engineering: Cheating CEO

In 2014 I joined Jascon Engineering and worked for several months. I lost my job due to dirty Punjabi politics in the company. The company never issues me a Contract. My salary was being paid as per the terms of Job Offer letter.

The Job Offer Letter was signed by the same person Zahid Iqbal Khan who is also the current CEO of the company. While giving me my settlement, the company neatly overlooked the clauses of the Job Offer Letter thus paying me QR8000 less.

I have been writing to the company every now and then for my outstanding dues. Initially they used to reply to my emails. But then they stopped. Just couple of months back, the CEO Zahid Iqbal Khan took the matter in his own hands to sort out the issue. Regrettably, Zahid Iqbal Khan could not read his own signature and commitment he had made on the Job Offer Letter.

Zahid is a very religious man. But when it comes to paying someone’s rightful dues, all rules of morals, culture, educational teachings and trainings let alone religious guidance, just go up in the wind.

What can I do in such a situation? Ask Allah for help! Surely, HE has his own ways of making Zahid Khan settle my dues.

khalid896: I have been demanding my money from Jascon Engineering for nine years now. I will not give up till me last day in this world and then I will catch the CEO by his neck on the day of judgement. I have told Zahid about this.

It is a clear case of biting on the back, yes, Back Biting, as they call it.
