2 stray pups

hey,
there are 2 stray puppies(they're 2 or 3 months at the max) i found this morning but cannot care for because i live in an apartment complex that doesn't permit pets of any sort. i've attatched a few photographs. if possible, please take them in or find them a foster home or a good forever home, preferably together as they are exremely attatched to each other. please take them in as i can't bear to just abandon them.
