2 YEARS BANK CANCELLATION ? -PAY 4500 IN IMMIGRATION ?

I was working in Commercial Bank of Qatar ,born and bought up in Qatar ,finished my 3 year contract with them, had to leave the country , now i have this 2 year ban to work in Qatar .

Just came to know from resources back in Qatar , we could pay a fine of 4500 riyals to Qatar finger prints (BAHAS AL MUTABA ) and change sponsorhip or get a work visa ?

How reliable is it ?
