5 YEARS CONTRACT FINISH - REQUEST FOR NOC

HI! I JUST WANT TO ASK, I HAVE FINISH MY 5 YEARS CONTRACT IN MY COMPANY BUT IT DOESN'T GIVE NOC, WHAT I NEED TO DO SO I CAN TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COMPANY? ANYONE PLEASE HELP..THANKS!

There is no way out unless change of sponsorship law arrived(Pray to God dream come true)...Try to get an NOC Dear else bear Al Catraz till that time.

Its your present employer's discretion whether to give NOC or not.
