activate Facetime for iphone4

those of you who purchased iphone4 from doha already know that facetime is disabled... i can activate facetime in iphone 4..
if you want to activate it, pm me or send me an email to this address: [email protected]

N.B: iphone4 should have to be jailbroken to do that..
(i can jailbreak it 4u)

Does this apply to all phones purchased in Doha? What if I take my iPhone to the Philippines? Can they activate my facetime there?

im not sure about the local stores. but if you have purchased it from vodafone then facetime is disabled. and i think qtels one is also disabled.
