Al Mana Motors for Peugeot, Ford, Lincoln...
This is a complaint about the terrible service i have been offered by Al Mana Motors Company garage and to share my horrible experience with that company.
i delivered my car a Peugeot 207 CC Monday 27/05/2013 for routine service of the 70,000 KM and to do a full check up only i was told it will take 3 to 4 days which is considerably very high for such a job, so i waited 5 working days and i went on Saturday 11:30 AM i was told that only the service was done and that the check is not finished so i waited patiently for 6 hours, i was told that they have fixed some minor problems in the car which i previously approved, however when i received the car the faults were still there so they took back the car to try resolve the problems, i was told again that they have done it but on my way back the faults returned again, so i have been trying to reach the customer service representative on the phone who was responsible for my car and after 8 attempts i finally reached him, the problem now is that he hung up the phone 2 times in my face as soon as i told him hey do you remember me form last Saturday i waited for 6 hours and my car was not fixed and the operator did that twice as well when i said i need to complain, there is seriously a major attitude problem, disorganized management and lack of customer relationship handling which needs to be addressed immediately
Plus the company facilities are terrible management and queuing is shit and nothing is as it should be
the problem is that i was told that there is no one in Doha that can fix a Peugeot... so do i have to deal with this for eternity????
