APPROVED APPLICATION FOR SPONSOR CHANGE CANCELLED

My application for the sponsor change was earlier approved by the Ministry of labor and now cancelled without stating any reason. Any idea what to do next ... can i apply for other company or re-apply again for the same company (or) should i go cancel to my home country ... Life is getting hell here...
