Arabic in Indian schools

I would like to know which Indian school offers very good Arabic as second language.

I mean do they have qualified native Arabic teachers who can make students excel in Arabic -spoken n written.

I have heard that Indian schools do not take Arabic seriously n that their teachers r not qualified Fr teaching Arabic.

Please advice me if you have any information on this .

Thank you

Wild turkey English is normally the first language except for school that stick to one language like Hindi medium or Malayalam medium where this is possible only in their respective states. In such schools all subject are taught in their own language. Otherwise it's English in all English medium schools

According to the most recent census of 2001, there are 1365 rationalized mother tongues, 234 identifiable mother tongues and 22 major languages in India. What's actually their first language?
