Hi , any update on this?? Did u get your shipment or it has been lost??.. I'm facing the same issue with armex shipment right now, my shipment has arrived in qatar since 25th of March, 27th my parcel was psoted in GPO, Qatar General post office and it's mention out for delivery but until now I didn't get my parcel. I've called aramex million times, sent a complaint to customer care but none of it was helpful instead they block me for making many calls. Now I'm really frustrated about this I'm wondering if my parcel was lost

hello............i wud recommend u to call ARAMEX toll free no and ask them directly ur queries. so strange 2 read questions which u r posting here which r meant to b asked to Team Aramex,,,,,,call them and relax :) tc

Aramex Ship 2 times per month , on 15th and 30th , give at least 2 weeks time before checking back with them.

there are other shippers around such as fedex or UPS , but that is dependant on where you are shipping from.

if you are buying from USA , i recommend going to a diffrenet ship forwader provider , such as MyUS or FishisFast , aramex is just plainly bad in the US.
