Aramex delivery

Hi all. I'm planning to shop online from a website which is offering free shipping for this month. They deliver through Aramex.

1) Is it possible for me to pick the item from Aramex directly ?

2) If I choose to pick it myself , in the shipping address info -do I leave just leave it blank?

3) Also, can someone please tell me , does Aramex provide free delivery from their office to your door step ?

4) If there are charges , how much do they charge?
