Barwa City Project in Musameer (towards WAKRA

Dear Qatar Living members,
Does any one have any concrete information on my below questions? If yes, please revert.
And please note that i am talking about BARWA CITY on the way to Wakra near the petrol station/
1. when is BARWA CITY going to open?
2. Are the applications opened for this project?
3. If yes, from where can i get the application form?
4. What are the criterias for applying here?
5. What is the price of houses?
Please advice me on above and please dont confuse this with bARWA Housing Project opposite to the church.

No two bed room 3000 and three bed room 3500 only.
its going to open in March as i know... applications have been submitted and some of flats have been alloted also...
one BBK is 2500/month for couple...
one BHK is 300/month for family...
2 Bedroom,hall and a kitchen is 4500/month...
