business visa issue

Hello, please help me i applied for business visa for my cousin by one of agent he said give money in advance for issueing visa i give 70% amount in advance now since 2weeks he not giving response i decide to book a complaint against,please advice me how to recover my money

Ask him to return your money in two equal monthly installments or you will report to police .....
