Change name in passport - Marriage

i went to immigration ysterdy, one of the requirements is MC with stamp from Minstry of Foreign Affairs.. shall i go to MFA directly or they need other requirements along with my MC.. we were married here in phil embassy, am i right to assume that my MC doesnt need authentication..?? pls help..

ms. Ivy ano po ba requirements pag nagpachange name ng passport? we were married here also in philippine embaasy dito papachange ako ng surname and renew na din ng passport. ano mga requirements po?
