Change Profession in ID

Hi everyone,

I want to change my profession from Technician to Architectural Engineer..

When i went to Ministry of Labor (C-Ring) and submit my documents the woman in the counter checked my papers and look for one document.. She said I need "Letter from Balidiya"?

Anybody knows about this document? Thanks...

You need to be certified by Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (Baladiya) before they will accept your change in profession. http://www.baladiya.gov.qa/cui/index.dox?siteID=2#
