I work in my company more than 5 yrs .i want to transfer in other company, because my company not follow the law base in my contract ..

now a have offer letter in other company,but my manager don't want to give NOC..

What i need to do ? i have right to file a complain? pls. help me.

but my sponsor give release only my manager,even i complain in the labour ?

If company will not give you an NOC you can do nothing
