Changing management and sponsourship without any information

sir.

i am working in a private medical center from 2011 january. now my employer selling this medical center, and new employers going to change our sponsourship to a new sponosur. i am completed 3 year in this firm. but till now i am getting same salary from january 2011 there is no incriment and all.i have any chance to get job transffer letter ( NOC) now ?. i dont know about more qatar labour law please help me ........?

Sure you can get an NOC, as long as your sponsor agrees to give it to you.
