cheating by mobile seller
Hello friends, I had bought a mobile from Qatar living in Dec 2015 for 1500QR. While making the payment I asked the person to give warranty bill as it was a new phone and price also was fixed bcoz it was under warranty. But the seller replied that he don't have a bill as it is a gifted phone from LG company dealer as he is working with them and in case of any phone problem I can directly contact him and he will provide me the warranty directly through the dealer. Now last month my phone is suddenly stopped working and when I contacted him for fixing it he just said to wait and he will solve the issue soon but now he is not responding and not even receiving my calls. I tried to repair myself but cost is coming to 1200QR so I need it fixed by that person as promised by him. Phone is 6 months old. Please help me how to deal with this.

No I don't have any document as it was bought from a seller on Qatar living itself and not from a shop. Only he gave phone with box and all accessories.
Do you have office of purchase and receipt ?
If so, then text him that you will go to the police if not resolved .. If he doesn't respond , then go to the police and lodge s complaint
