Cooking classes

Doha has a multicultural society - Thai, Philippino, Indian, Pakistani and of course people from all over the world. The local and regional cuisine is definitely worth exploring and learning about, which is why I created this forum! ...Some people out there want to learn how to actually cook new cuisines. What cooking classes are out there? If there are no formal ones is anyone interested in hosting one to teach a few dishes from their country?

Actually I have a long varied history in kitchens but love pastries and French breads mostly. I also do a lot of World Cuisine, French, Italian and fusion.

No idea of any cost yet... till date nothing is planned. It would be great if someone can organize this out as I have little time
