Credit Card, Personal Loan and Job termination

Hi Members,

I have been in Qatar since May 2015 and got a loan in Jan 2016...have been regularly paying my installments and credit card payments without any hassle.

Sometime over last week my company terminated my services and is not offering me an NOC. Meanwhile I have started to lookout for a jobs and have cleared my interview with a specific firm and I'm sure to receive the offer next week.

As my previous employer is not providing an NOC it would be hard to transfer my visa/sponsor. However with the new law in place, if my previous employer cancels my vias I can come back to Qatar with a new work permit.

My doubts are on these grounds

WILL THE BANK ALLOW ME TO EXIT THE COUNTRY AND RETURN ON THE NEW VISA WITHOUT IMPLEMENTING A TRAVEL BAN? - I'm willing to show the bank my new offer letter once I receive it.

OR

WOULD THE BANK REQUIRE A GUARANTOR OR ANY REFERENCE FROM MY NEW EMPLOYER? - Can have a friend to be my guarantor or can give an undertaking to the bank.

OR

DO BANKS INSIST ON ME TO PAY UP THE LOAN BEFORE I EXIT THE COUNTRY, EVEN IF IM CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED AND HAVE A VALID JOB OFFER? - I don't have much of savings to pay of the loan without a job.

Friends, kindly advise....what happens next if none of the above said work out...looking for options because all earlier posts dated years ago hint on legal case and prison term.

My intention is to clearing my Debts completely...
